Cirtex "Upgrade" Broke my Site

I am quickly approaching the 1-year mark with Cirtex. For most of that time, I was pleased. About two weeks ago, however, they "upgraded" their servers. When they did this, they failed to properly set-up the GD Library on my shared server. This effectively shut my website down, as my script could not create thumbnails. I've been going round and round with them for the past 10 days. They now insist the server has the exact same set-up as the one before their "upgrade". Yet, my website still can't process thumbnails. As I have not made any changes to my script, the error has to be on their end. Needless to say, I'm not amused. I'm actually visiting this website to find a new host.
