      This is a great introduction to Jesus. It's well packaged, inexpensive and only 80 pages. Contains a helpful introduction, a good, readable original translation of the Gospel of Luke (with a few helpful footnotes and no verse numbers) and a good summary of the gospel message at the end.

      Gripping.I was initially a little disappointed when I downloaded this Kindle book and realised that it was "just" a translation of Luke's gospel. In fact, my first instinct was to not bother reading it. But I'm so glad I did! Reading the whole thing through in easy-to-read language without the distraction of verse markers has really brought Luke's gospel to life for me.
